1. Eligibility for Returns
Due to the perishable nature of food products, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or spoiled.
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The product package is tampered with or leaking at the time of delivery.
Customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging as proof.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or partially consumed products.
- Products reported after 24 hours of delivery.
- Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery.
- Items purchased during special discounts, clearance sales, or promotional offers (unless damaged).
3. Return Process
If your order meets the return criteria:
- Contact customer support within 24 hours of receiving the order.
- Provide the order number, product name, and clear photos/videos of the issue.
- Our team will review the request and respond within 2–3 business days.
- If approved, we may arrange replacement or refund depending on product availability.
4. Refund Policy
Once the return request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
- In some cases, we may offer a replacement product instead of a refund.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
- Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
