  • Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation message.

  • Delivery time may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or high order volume.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before completing the payment.
  • From time to time, we may offer free shipping on selected orders or promotional offers.

5. Delivery Issues

Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details are correct when placing the order. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

If the courier partner is unable to deliver due to incorrect address, unavailability of the customer, or refusal to accept the order, the order may be returned and additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping.

If you receive a damaged or tampered package, please take clear photos and report it to us within 24 hours of delivery for assistance.
